TIRAMISU BOWL
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened 3 cups cold milk 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed, divided use 48 vanilla wafers 1/2 cup brewed strong coffee, cooled, divided use 2 squares (1 ounce each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely grated* 1 cup fresh raspberries
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mixes; mix well. Stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping.
Place 24 of the wafers in 2 1/2-qt. bowl; drizzle with half of the coffee. Top with half each of the pudding mixture and chocolate. Repeat all layers.
Top with remaining whipped topping and fruit. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
*How to Easily Grate Chocolate: Microwave unwrapped chocolate squares, one at a time, on HIGH 10 seconds. Grate with the large holes of a cheese shredder.
