Recipe: Maypo Muffins

Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads
i know this is a crummy recipe with no directions, but it's the only one i had on file. hope it helps.

MAYPO MUFFINS

1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. Maypo Maple Oat cereal
1 egg
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted shortening
