Recipe: Prime Rib Tutorial (link)

This is a great link and it includes pictures. If I were going to cook a prime rib that size at home I believe I would seriously consider cutting it in half before cooking it. It would seem easier to handle and shorten the cooking time. http://www.baygourmet.com/primerib.html
