Recipe(tried): Easy potatoe recipe for 50 people.
Misc. depending on the sixe of the potatoes you have, you could allow 2 to 3 (cut) pieces per person.
Peel the potatoes and cut in half (or smaller). If you have a microwave, place the potatoes in a plastic bag and nuke until partially cooked (soft but still in one piece.
Place these in a large casserole dish in a single layer, or you could purchase a disposable aluminium foil tray from supermarket.
Sprinkle with powdered chicken stock powder and pour cream over the top to coat.
The amount of chicken stock powder and cream will depend on how large the container is but use enough powder to add reasonable flavour.
Bake in a moderate over until the potatoes turn brown. The cream and chicken stock powder will make a creamy sauce.
This is delicious and very easy.
