MEXICAN CORNBREAD DRESSING
1 pound ground beef
1 cup yellow corn meal
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sweet milk
1 can cream-style corn
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 pound grated cheese
3 chopped jalepeno peppers (you could substitute a small can of chili's or your favorite hot peppers here!)
Brown ground beef and drain. Add all other ingredients to beef, mix together, and pour into greased
casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
