Recipe(tried): Keilbasa Skillet Dinner

Misc.
Hi Denise,
I sometimes make a skillet dinner with keilbasa, but this same recipe could also be cooked in the oven. I usually boil the keilbasa & then brown it in a skillet & add some chopped onion, garlic, green & red peppers, & potatoes. It is also good with bacon added to it. I'm sorry, but I can't gice you direct measurements of everything. I just chop it up & add it in whatever amounts look ok. It ends up being a tasty & easy meal.
