Recipe: Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge, Chocolate & Peanut Butter Fudge, and Cocoa Peanu

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup margarine
2/3 cup (5 ounce can) evaporated milk
1 package (6 ounces) chocolate chips
1 package (6 ounces) peanut butter chips
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow cr me
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in heavy saucepan. Bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
Remove from heat, stir in chocolate and peanut butter chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Blend until desired texture.
When doing Peanut Butter and Chocolate, sometimes a swirl look is desired. For a swirl look, microwave additonal peanut butter chips and blend until desired swirl is acceived.
Pour into greased 13 by 9 inch pan. Cool, cut and serve.

1- 7 ounce jar of marshmallow fluff
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Place peanut butter chips in a medium bowl and the chocolate chips into a second medium bowl. In a heavy sauce pan, combine sugar, marshmallow fluff, evaporated milk and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour half of the mixture into the peanut butter chips and stir until the chips are completely melted; pour into foil covered pan. Pour the remaining mixture over chocolate chips; stir until completely melted and pour over peanut butter fudge. Cool and refrigerate until firm. Remove fudge, place on cutting board and cut into 1 inch squares.
Cocoa Peanut butter Fudge

2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
dash salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix sugar, cocoa, milk, syrup and salt. Cook to soft ball stage (236 degrees). Add butter, peanut butter and vanilla. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan.Cool before cutting.
