PACE SOUTHWESTERN POTATO TOPPER
4 large hot baked potatoes, split
1 cup PACE Chunky Salsa*
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Pierce potatoes with fork. Bake at 400 for 1 hour or microwave on High
10-1/2 to 12-1/2 minutes until fork-tender. Top each potato with salsa,
yogurt, olives and green onions.
*Also delicious with PACE Cilantro Chunky Salsa
Prep Time: 15 minutes
