Recipe: Rhubarb Juice, Rhubarb Punch

I didn't find a recipe with wine in it. But, here are three recipes for rhubarb juice/punch.
Rhubarb Juice
6 Qt. rhubarb juice
1 Qt. pineapple juice
1 Can Hawaiian Punch
3 1/2 C. sugar
Boil rhubarb (cover with water), when mushy strain to get juice. Put juice back in kettle and add other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5-10 minutes. Pour in warm jars right from stove and seal
Rhubarb Punch
2 lb Rhubarb; chopped
3/4 c Sugar, granulated
1 Orange; juice from
1 Lemon; juice from
3/4 c Soda water
In saucepan, bring rhubarb and 4 cups water to a boil; reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until rhubarb is softened. In cheesecloth lined sieve set over bowl, strain rhubarb for at least 2 hours or overnight. Discard pulp. Stir sugar and orange and lemon juices into rhubarb juice. Transfer to pitcher and refrigerate. just before serving, add soda water. SERVES: 6
Rhubarb Citrus Punch
8 cups diced rhubarb
5 cups water
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 cups orange juice
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 quart ginger ale or 7-Up soda , chilled
1 quart fresh strawberries or frozen strawberries
In kettle, simmer rhubarb and water until rhubarb is soft. Cool; strain. Measure 4 cups juice and return to kettle with the sugar. Heat to dissolve sugar. Chill.
Add the orange and lemon juices. Just before serving, add ginger ale and strawberries, if desired. Pour over ice.
