Ice Cream and Jello
1 large box jello, any flavor
2 cups boiling water
1/2 of a half gallon vanilla ice cream
Pour jello into boiling water stir until dissolved. Add small amounts of ice cream and stir. Continue adding ice cream and stir until completely melted.
Place in refrigerator. This usually sets quickly and is ready to eat in about 30 minutes.
