Hi Elly:-) Here are two recipes for you to try. The first is one that was previously posted here at Recipe Link, and the second is one that I found on the internet. I have not tried either recipe.
STRAWBERRY PIE
FOR THE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE: 1 cup Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened) 1/3 cup real lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 3 cups Cool Whip, thawed (med. bowl) FOR THE PIE: 1 no bake pie shell (graham cracker) 1 cup sliced strawberries Pink cake coloring
Layer half the cream cheese mixture in the pie shell. cover with the strawberries. Spread on remaining cream cheese mixture. Cool in refrigerator.
STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE
1 (3 oz) pkg strawberry Jello 1/2 cup boiling water 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 1 container Cool Whip, thawed graham cracker crust
Dissolve Jello with 1/2 cup boiling water, add cream cheese and mix with mixer until fully blended. Fold in Cool Whip until mixture is fully mixed. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until set. |
