Hi manyhats:-) I used to make this when our schedule just wouldn't allow me to make Chicken Parmesan from scratch. I actually used breaded chicken breasts but I think it would work with chicken tenders, too.
I baked the breasts (tenders) until almost done. After baking until almost done, just move the tenders close together - enough to make the number of servings you want - maybe 3 or 4 chicken tenders per serving.
Spoon marinara sauce over the top. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake until the cheese is beginning to brown and everything is hot. |
