Hey, Bruce! Your mother's recipe looks like a standard Texas Sheet Cake recipe. There are probably 20 variations on that theme. I made one just yesterday, as a matter of fact. If you ever want to make it yourself, use a 15x10x1" baking pan, and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. It really is a delicious cake. I serve it as soon as I ice it, so it's still hot. Irresistible! |
