CHEW CHEWS
1/3 cup butter, softened 1/3 cup honey 3/4 cup molasses 4 egg whites 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt
Beat butter, honey and molasses in a large bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Then beat in egg whites. Set aside.
Combine flour, coconut, baking soda, salt and in a small bowl. Stir into butter mixture until well blended; spread in greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan; level the top with spatula.
Bake in a moderate (350 degree F) oven for 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Cut into 2 inch squares.
