Hey, I remember these, living here in Ohio; simple to make, filling, and fun to watch the bologna curl up into a bowl.

4 slices bologna, or however many 'cups' you want to prepare, use regular or thick sliced bologna.

4 slices of cheese, you can use American, Velveeta, cut from the loaf, Velveeta slices, or use Cheddar cheese, grated or slices.

Make up some homemade mashed potatoes, or make up enough instant for as many servings needed... set aside.

In a frying pan, over medium to high heat, fry each piece of bologna, on both sides. DO NOT CUT THE EDGES OF THE BOLOGNA, or it won't curl up into 'cups/bowls'.

Spoon in one serving of potatoes, top with cheese. Microwave until potatoes are heated through and cheese melts. Or, put under a broiler, or into a toaster OVEN.

Enjoy! Ah, the memories of simple old-time meals.
