FIESTA SALAD BOWL

FOR THE DRESSING:
1/2 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed (or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
FOR THE SALAD:
2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1 (16 oz) can red kidney beans, well drained
1/4 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded lettuce
Radish slices and fresh dill (for garnish)

Stir together the ingredients for the dressing; set aside.

In 2-quart clear glass bowl place zucchini in one layer; top with 1/4 of the dressing mixture. Repeat layering with remaining vegetables and dressing. Cover; chill at least 4 hours.

TO SERVE:
Garnish with radish slices and fresh dill. Toss just before serving.

Makes 8 servings
