COFFEE CREAM DESSERT

"A glamorous finale to any meal made from coffee and Jell-O Orange Gelatin can be prepared just before you sit down to the main course. It’s ready in 15 minutes!"

1 (3 oz.) package Jell-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
3/4 cup milk, scalded
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon instant Maxwell House Coffee
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Combine gelatin, milk, sugar and instant coffee in electric blender container. Cover and blend on low speed until gelatin is dissolved, about 1 minute. Add crushed ice and vanilla. Blend at high speed until ice is melted, about 30 seconds.

Pour into serving glasses. Chill until set, about 15 minutes.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups or 4 servings
