LEMON CHIFFON
1 (3 oz.) package Jell-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind 3/4 cup boiling water 1 1/2 cups crushed ice 1 1/2 cups thawed Birds Eye Cool Whip Non-Dairy Whipped Topping* prepared whipped topping and thin lemon slices (optional garnishes)
Combine gelatin, sugar, lemon juice, lemon rind, and boiling water in electric blender container. Cover and blend at low speed until gelatin and sugar are dissolved, about 1 minute. Add ice and whipped topping; cover and blend at high speed until ice is melted, about 1 minute.
Pour into serving bowl or individual dessert glasses. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
Garnish with additional prepared whipped topping and thin lemon slices, it desired.
*Or use 1 1/2 cups prepared Dream Whip Whipped Topping or whipped cream.
