CHOCOLATE-CHERRY WHIP

"Jell-O Cherry Gelatin, chocolate ice cream and frozen whipped topping - for a sensational treat for the family. Sets in 30 minutes."

1 (3 oz.) package Jell-O Cherry Flavor Gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
2 cups (1 pint) chocolate ice cream
1 cup thawed Birds Eye Cool Whip Non-Dairy Whipped Topping,* divided use

Combine gelatin and boiling water in electric blender container. Cover and blend at low speed until gelatin is dissolved, about 1 minute. Add ice cream by spoonfuls; cover and blend at high speed until ice cream is well blended, about 1 minute.

Place half the whipped topping in bottom of 5 individual glasses; spread with a spoon on bottom and sides of glasses. Carefully pour ice cream mixture into glasses. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.

Garnish with remaining whipped topping.

*Or use 1 cup prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping or whipped cream.

Makes 2 1/2 cups or 5 servings
