EASY CHICKEN POT PIE
1 2/3 cup frozen mixed vegtables, thawed 1 cup cut up cooked chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup.(I use 1 1/2 cans) FOR THE TOPPING: 1 cup bisquick mix 1/2 cup milk 1 egg
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
In ungreased 9-inch pie plate (I use a deep dish frozen pie crust)
Stir vegtables,chicken and cream of chicken soup in a bowl. Put into pie crust.
To prepare the topping, combine Bisquick mix, milk and egg. Pour over top of pie mixture.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
