MOCHA FREEZE

1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
1/4 cup cold strong coffee
1 tablespoon chocolate-flavored syrup
1/2 cup crushed ice
Fresh strawberries, if desired (for garnish)

In blender container, combine ice cream, coffee, chocolate syrup and crushed ice. Cover: blend until desired consistency.

Garnish with strawberries: serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings (1/2 cup each)
