If you're talking about roasting a whole turkey on an indoor George Forman grill, I don't think that would work very well. If you can't borrow a roaster oven or have someone else roast the turkey, your best bet might be to cut the turkey apart and cook it in a large pot or Dutch oven on the stove top. You won't have a whole turkey to bring to the table for carving, but it will turn out very moist:
