I work at a baskin robbins, so I'll just give you guys the exact amounts I use to make a medium.

5 oz 2% milk
5 oz cappuccino concentrate
4 1/2 oz vanilla ice cream
about 8 oz ice

blend on a high speed for about 30 seconds or until the icecream scoop is completely dispersed and the ice is ground into consistent small granules (similar to those in a slushy).

caramel syrup or hot fudge can be added for caramel swirl or mocha blasts respectively. And, for a turtle blast, use pralines'n'cream icecream in place of vanilla and toss in a few caramel turtles.

The store at which I work is closing, so I've been trying to make my favorite product at home. I've tried using espresso in place of the concentrate with similar results, but can't quite get the same flavor. :(
