This isn't exactly like Chili's, but I think it's better. If the person you're making it for likes tomatoes - they really add a lot and are definitely worth adding.

HOT SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess water
1 (13.75 oz) can artichoke hearts drained and chopped (do not use marinated variety)
2 pkg (8 oz each) 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 cup light sour cream
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella or blend shredded cheese
diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
chips, crackers or toasted French Bread

Mix the first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in diced tomatoes. Place in oven-proof baking dish, and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees F (depending on size of bowl and thickness of dip in the center). Tastes best warm but still great after has cooled.
