The frosting you are looking for is sold at Gordon's food service. It is called Bettercream. It is in a liquid form. You beat it like whipping cream. All stores use it. Walmart, Meijers, Martins. It also comes in chocolate flavor. It is about 5-7 dollars. It is in a carton like whipped cream. A quart I think. Check your cakes decorating stores too. Good luck.
