This is really easy and freezes well
BRAN AND RAISIN BREAD
2 1/2 cups self raising flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup digestive bran
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1 1/2 cups milk
Silt flour and salt together.Mix in all other ingridients.Pour mixture into a greased and lined medium loaf tin and bake in preheated(375f)for50-55 mins.Serve hot with butter.
