What a challenge, Julie. I would suggest outlining the wings, smooth frosting on the bill and eyes and fill in the rest with a larger star tip. This is a nice texture effect...alotta work tho. Of course, smooth frosting vice star is more "realistic", then outlining the wings. Whichever way you go, I am sure you will impress all. Have fun!!
