FIVE-MINUTE CHOCOLATE CAKE

FOR THE CAKE:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup cold brewed coffee
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
FOR THE GLAZE:
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup brewed coffee

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Sift all dry ingredients into an ungreased 8 or 9-inch baking pan.

In a large cup, measure the liquid ingredients except vinegar Add liquids to dry ingredients and stir Add vinegar and stir until evenly sidtributed through batter.

Bake 25 minutes

FOR GLAZE:
Melt semi-sweet chocolate, milk, and coffee on 50 percent Power in microwave. Stir.

When cake is cool, spoon glaze over top.
