SOUTHERN PECAN MIST
"This cake uses only 4 ingredients and freezes beautifully."
12 egg whites 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar 12 egg yolks 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 cups very finely chopped pecans
Beat whites and salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff but not dry.
Beat yolks until thick, fold into whites. Gently fold in pecans.
Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
