FRUIT COFFEE CAKE

1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
Dash salt
1 can prepared fruit pie filling

Cream together sugar and oil. Add eggs. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; mix well.

Spread 3/4 of the dough in a greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Spread pie filling over dough. Spoon remaining dough mixture over pie filling.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Makes 1 (13x9-inch) cake
