Recipe: Pickled Egg No-No's

Misc.
Please remember, and this is very important, when peeling your eggs for pickled eggs, if the white gets broken use this egg for another purpose. Broken whites will cause pickled eggs to spoil rather quickly. I am not sure if they cause food poisoning, {I actually have been told Sal-Manilla poisoning} but whatever the cause, they can make you ill.

Hope someone finds this helpful and happy pickling.
