Recipe(tried): not enough oven room?

I have heard this repeated many times and thought i'd post what has helped me -- and not just for Thanksgiving time -- many times!!

If you oven is too small and you can afford it get yourself a "roaster oven" I have a 18 qt. hamilton beach roasting oven ... Nesco makes one too. They run about $80 so it may have to be put on a wish list for next year but just thought i'd share the thought with you! they are electric and have a guage like an oven -- you can even bake pies in them! They are smaller than a regular oven so the cooking time is cut down on anything :)

I use mine for the turkey and then my oven is free to make pies or sides .... i also use my crock pot for a cassarole .... and will definatly use the idea from hobbs and another --?? to put stuffing and cassaroles in those oven bags ... clean up sound like t's be a breeze!
