BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE:
1 large bag frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium jar Cheez Whiz
12 or 15 Ritz Crackers, crushed
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Spray a glass casserole dish with no-stick spray. Pour frozen broccoli into dish. In a small saucepan or in the microwave, combine soup and cheese. Stir until well blended. Pour over broccoli. Combine crackers and melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes to an hour, or until bubbly and browned. In the past I have used French fried onions instead of the crackers for topping this. it is so simple and delicious. You can also use this with California Blend vegetables.
