CHEESY BEEF STROGANOFF
1 pound ground beef 2 cups water 3 cups (6 ounces) medium egg noodles, uncooked 3/4 pound (12 ounces) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
Stir in water. Bring to boil. Stir in noodles. Reduce heat to medium- low; cover. Simmer 8 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Add Velveeta, undiluted soup and pepper; stir until Velveeta is melted.
