ISO: Portugese blade meat, spice meat, ??? |

I am looking for a recipe for a marinated meat that is served at the portugese fiestas and little portugese markets. It is usually served on a bulkie roll. We have called it spiced meat, or blade meat(I do know it is made with pork, blade meat). Can anyone help??
