My Italian grandmother used to make this delicious bread. It calls for pizza dough, 1 cup mashed potatoes, grated cheese, butter, italian bread crumbs, and more cheese!! You mix the potatoes, most of the cheese into the dough, spread thin on pan and butter the top, sprinkle with bread crumbs, and parm cheese, along with more shredded cheese and bake! it is awesome!! she used this whenever she had left over mashed potatoes! she also liked to dip it in marinara sauce!!yum!!!
