MACARONI BEEF SUPPER
8 oz. mostaccioli (smooth penne/ziti) or similar size pasta, uncooked 1 lb. ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes 1/2 cup ketchup
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Brown meat with onion and salt; drain. Stir in corn, stewed tomatoes, and ketchup; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in macaroni; simmer 5 minutes more.
