HOLIDAY PECANS

In a deep saucepan, heat and mix well:
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 Tbsp. Frank's Hot Sauce
1 to 2 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. sugar
Add:
3 cups pecan halves

Stir to coat well. Pour onto large cookie sheet in a single layer.

Place in a 375 degree F oven for 15 minutes. Watch carefully so as not to burn - all ovens are not the same.

Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle liberally with kosher salt. Cool completely.

Store in an airtight container.
