GARLIC BLACK OLIVES

"They’re marinated in oil and ice."

1 large or 2 small cans black ripe olives, drained
Olive oil
2 medium cloves garlic, halved
Cracked Ice, about 1/2 cup

Put olives in bowl. Cover to a depth of 1/4-inch with olive oil. Stir in garlic and ice. Cover and let stand at room temperature 2 to 3 hours. Drain.
