VENETIAN BURGERS
1 lb. ground beef 1/4 cup (1 oz.) KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/2 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper 4 Italian bread slices, toasted
Combine meat, cheese and seasonings; mix lightly. Shape into 4 patties. Place beef patties on rack of broiler pan.
Broil on bath sides to desired doneness.
For each sandwich, top bread slice with patty 4 sandwiches
