PIE FILLING COFFEE CAKE
1 (2 layer size) box yellow cake mix 3 eggs 1 (21 oz.) can pie filling (any flavor) 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted 1 cup flour
TO MAKE THE BATTER: Combine cake mix, eggs and pie filling (no water). Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan.
TO MAKE THE TOPPING: Combine brown sugar, margarine and flour. Sprinkle over cake batter.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, until nicely browned.
