CAKE MIXES MIXED IN A BLENDER

Use any packaged cake mix except sponge or angel cakes.

Preheat oven and prepare pans as directed on package.

Put half the total amount of liquid and any other ingredients in the Blender container; add cake mix, then add remaining liquid.

Cover container and blend on Speed 5 for about 10 seconds; stop Blender and push ingredients toward blades with rubber spatula if necessary. Cover container and blend about 20 seconds longer on Speed 5. Be careful not to overblend.

Bake as directed on package.
