BUSH'S BEST 3-BEAN CHILI
2 pounds lean ground round beef 3 teaspoons chili powder 1 small yellow onion, chopped 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and chopped 2 cans (16 ounces each) Bush’s Best Dark Red Kidney Beans 2 cans (16 ounces each) Bush’s Best Pinto Beans 2 cans (15 ounces each) Bush’s Best Black Beans 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon Sour cream (optional, for serving)
Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain excess fat and scrape contents of skillet into the CROCK-POT slow cooker. Add chili powder, onion, green pepper, beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, garlic salt, black pepper, cumin and cinnamon.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
Garnish with sour cream, if desired.
