BOWTIE SHRIMP SCAMPI
1 (12 ounce) package bowtie pasta 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons butter 1 1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper 1/2 cup minced green onion 10 ounces large shrimp, thawed 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning 1 1/4 cups white wine
Cook and drain pasta.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, bell pepper and green onion; cook and stir for 3 minutes.
Add shrimp and seasoning; cook and stir for 3 minutes.
Add wine to skillet; simmer until shrimp is cooked through. Mix in cooked pasta.
