ORANGE ICE CREAM
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened but not melted 2 cans (6-ounces each) frozen orange juice concentrate, softened but not diluted 1 cup orange liqueur (Grand Marnier suggested)
In a nonreactive large mixing bowl, combine the ice cream and softened orange juice concentrate. Mix well. Stir in the orange liqueur.
Spoon into a nonreactive freezer-safe baking dish and freeze several hours or until ready to serve.
