CHEESE NUT BALL APPETIZER
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 lb. pasteurized, processed cheese spread (like Velveeta) 2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (2 1/4-oz.) can deviled ham 1/4 tsp. paprika 2 cups chopped, roasted, salted peanuts Crackers (for serving)
Soften cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer. Add the other cheeses; then add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, salt, deviled ham, and paprika. Mix well. Add 1 cup of the chopped peanuts. Blend well. Chill for 1-2 hours.
Shape into one large ball, or bite-size ones. Roll in chopped peanuts. Chill until firm.
Serve with crackers as appetizers.
