BEEF DRESSING BAKE
1 (6 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix (Stove Top), chicken flavor, divided use 1 1/2 cups water 1/4 cup butter or margarine 2 eggs, beaten 1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. Armour Star Sliced Dried Beef, rinsed, chopped 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons chopped pimento, drained 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In sauce pan, combine contents of vegetable seasoning packet with water and butter or margarine. Bring liquid to a boil; simmer 5 minutes.
Add 1 3/4 cups stuffing crumbs (reserve 1/2 cup) and eggs to liquid; mix well. Spread mixture in 12 x 8-inch baking dish; top with dried beef.
Combine (undiluted) soup, milk, pimento and parsley; pour over dried beef.
Bake, covered at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove cover; sprinkle reserved stuffing crumbs on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
