CHILI CHIP PARTY PLATTER1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (1.62 ounces) package Lawry’s Spices & Seasonings for Chili
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup water
FOR SERVING:1 (8 to 9 ounce) bag tortilla chips or corn chips
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (2 1/4 ounces) can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
1/2 cup sliced green onions
In medium skillet, brown beef until crumbly; drain fat.
Add onion, Spices & Seasonings for Chili, tomato paste and water; blend well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over tortilla chips. Top with Cheddar cheese, olives and green onions.
Makes 4 servings
