Recipe: low fat perogy dough

Low Fat Perogy Dough

2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. low fat butter or margarine
3/4 cup lukewarm water

Using a pastry blender mix the first three ingredients. Add the water and work dough until smooth. Can be used right away. Rolls out nicely
