Shape each portion into a bar and wrap in waxed paper. Or, if you prefer to eat with a spoon, pack each portion into a small (1/2 cup size) freezer container. Freeze overnight. Let soften slightly before serving.
Makes 2 servings, about 299 calories each. Diet exchanges per serving: 1 protein, 1 milk 1 fat, 1 fruit, and 1 bread.
